Glossybox advent calendar worth £585 but costs £85 – with Medik8 serum

Christmas is coming, and some of the biggest advent calendars have already launched, so time is ticking to invest in your favourite, as in previous years, some have sold out by November.

One of the reasons beauty fans often opt for advent calendars is for the huge savings, and the GLOSSYBOX 2024 Advent Calendar is no exception.

It’s worth a whopping £585, but saves 85% off, as the price you’ll pay is just £85.

The advent calendar includes 29 products, and a good variety of brands, including Bare Minerals, Avant, Kate Somerville and Medik8.

One of the highlights of the festive calendar is the Medik8 Hyrda8 B5 Serum which is full-sized and worth £45 alone, which is more than half the price of the entire calendar.

The serum is a bestselling skincare product and contains vitamin C, vitamin A and a non-negotiable SPF for deeply hydrated and smooth skin.

There are over a thousand reviews on the advent calendar, from beauty fans that have snapped it up more than two months before Christmas.

One shopper said: ”This year’s calendar is such great value. It has a lovely selection of different products and the makeup included is all in very usable colours. I love Medik8 so it was really nice to find this included, as well as the Iconic palette. Looking forward to trying all the products this year!”

Another added: ”Oh my word! The Advent calendar was so exceptional. The look and presentation [were] beautiful. I honestly would recommend everyone to get it!” [SIC]

Some shoppers, however, felt the calendar didn’t include everything they would have wanted, saying: ”All the products were well thought out but why wasn’t there a face moisturiser, there are all the steps cleanser, face spritz, eye cream, serum but the last step is missing this was the only disappointment for me.”
